- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This police department is racist and dislikes minorities. It hires people like Chucky boy (Stephen) Stem who pull minorities over for no reason, accuse them of lying and then conduct illegal vehicle searches. They kill 93 year old black women and handicapped black kids. Sometimes (like what happened to me in Hearne) minorities fight back and sue this police department for acting like fools. Then the minorities win money and Chucky Boy loses his job. Victory! Maybe next time this police department will learn to not harrass people for no reason, but I doubt they will learn it.
